How do I place an order?

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist you. Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible.


Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?
All orders are processed and dispatched through our UK-based fulfilment operations.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout:

Economy Shipping: 5 to 8 business days
Standard Shipping: 3 to 4 business days

Please note these are estimated delivery times. Shipping may take longer during busy periods or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. When tracking is available, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition, with all original packaging where possible.

How do I request a return?
Please contact us with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect your returned item. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
